OU Debate 2011-2014

Oklahoma Debate produced another outstanding year, proving that it is one of the most competitive teams in the nation. Continuing its legacy of success, Sooner Debate has established some new benchmarks of ‘team firsts,’ including the first time it has received 2 First Round at Large bids to the NDT, clearing 3 teams to the Octafinals and 2 teams to the Quarterfinals of the CEDA National Championship Tournament, and clearing 2 teams to the Quarterfinals of the NDT National Debate Tournament.

The Oklahoma Team of Chris Leonardi and Michael Masterson placed 3rd in the NDT and CEDA National Championships, making it to the Semifinals of both tournaments, while the Oklahoma Team of George Lee and Rashid Campbell reached the Quarterfinals of each.
